I went through Technical Connections for a job in last October. Everything went fine that time and their service was good. However before I finalized on the job through them they promised to pay for my relocation expenses after 3 months at my new job. However things got a little busy and I forgot to contact them and when I did contact them in March ( 2 months after I finished 3 months at my new job) they refused to reimburse me for my relocation expenses. And now I have been calling them almost every week and either they never let me talk to the recruiter or the recruiter makes excuses like its been too long and they cannot do anything about it now. This is not the kind of response I would expect from a professional recruiter. The relocation cost us quite a bit and I cant believe that they want to get away with it by making stupid excuses! Go with them if you like to but don't expect them to live up to their promises!
