I too followed them from there previous location in Highland Park. Oh, I am so hooked on Pan Nang w/tofu, (being vegetarian I substitute the usual fish with this dish). Naturaly if I'm out of town I'll try the Pan Nang but I've honestly never have had it as good. Once in Santa Monica it came close but then the tofu was NOT fried and brown rice was NOT available. I suppose I should try a different dish but just the thought of Pan Nang, brown rice sets my head a reeling and my mouth a watering! I'm looking forward to tomorrow!

Excelent food. I've tried other Thai restaurants and none spoil my taste buds the way Thai Food Express does. Previously located in Highland Park, I had to follow them to their current location near downtown. It is family run, cooked on the spot, and once you know their food, you'll know which owner has cooked your meal. You must try their food.
