We loved working with Marc and Rolando and would recommend them to our friends, family, and any homeowners! We needed a complete roof replacement and got quotes from 4 different roofing companies. Not only was Top Roofing the most competitive, but they were also clearly the most knowledgeable and offered an easy to understand all-inclusive pricing model (no hidden costs or surprises later on during the installation process). We are first-time home-buyers, and Marc went the extra mile spending extra time with us explaining in detail all the steps in the roof replacement process, the nuances of our specific project, and best practices he's learned from years in the industry. Marc and team were extremely flexible and accommodating from a scheduling perspective, and they were able to get our project done quickly, efficiently, thoroughly, and with great attention to detail (which we really appreciated). They showed up on time or early everyday, and they came back to do detailed touch-up work once the installation was complete to ensure each detail was perfect. As a plus, Marc was able to connect us with other contractors for other systems in our house (HVAC, etc.). We are extremely happy with our new roof, and super thankful that we decided to work with Top Roofing!

I contacted Top Roofing after experiencing some bad leaks and water damage at my house i took several bids before i met Marc from Top Roofing. Marc was very professional and answered all of our questions in concern within regards of purchasing the new roof and gave us a good comparable price. We did call to some of his references and got some good feed backs. The job was done in timely manner, the workers were professional and seemed to know what they were doing and kept the place clean. I'm writing this review after experiencing a few rain fall on the new installed roof. Everything seems to be working fine i highly recommend it. Thanks a lot to Top Roofing.

My Husband and I just purchased a home in May and we knew from the beginning that we would have to replace the spanish tile roof. We started to look for contractors that would be able to take over the project that seemed complicated and pricy at the same time. After having five estimate from different roofing companies we realized that the price was not the only important thing to hiring a contractor. We found that we needed a company that carried all insurances and licensing and have a clean record. We needed a company with a reasonable price and a long list of references. We used the services of Top Roofing and we had all our needs met. We are extremely satisfied with the look of the roof and the completion of the project on a timely manner. Thanks. It never occurred to me that I would be so pleased with the appearance of my roof but it's true. I love the way it looks and Marc's crews did a great job for me. I felt that Marc, who did the estimate, was thorough and patient. The quotation was very fair and the work was done right on time. I have already given 3 referrals to friends and co-workers as well as to my real estate broker and my home insurance agent (who needs a roof on their house but also will refer businesses to her customers). I chose LA Top Roofing after getting (or attempting to get) 8 other estimates. 2 companies never showed up, 3 were extremely expensive.LA Top Roofing pricing was reasonable but more than that, the process made sense to me of what Marc thought was needed given the challenges of the roof (there was no venting on the old roof and the exhaust pieces were ugly and unnecessarily large).

Recently we decided to update our home in los angeles with new windows, vinyl siding and storm doors. Based upon a recommendation of a friend we contacted Top Roofing. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. The sales rep was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous, and he came with a wide array of samples from which to choose. The installation, which included custom sized windows, was completed when promised. The installers were a pleasure to deal with, and clean-up at the end of each day was meticulous. They even were able to accommodate some unplanned changes during installation without any problems. We are planning to replace another door in the spring, and I plan on calling Top roofing again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service

The new roof on our house is great! Top Roofing's estimator was very professional; their bid was very detailed and competitive; their service was delivered on time. My last job with TO Roofing about a week ago. I am so happy with everything. I am a picky person, but TOP Roofing worked with me better than any other roofer I have ever used. It was nice to be able to work with someone who was very knowledgeable and gave me options of what I could do to stay with in my budget.Marc and his crew did a professional and timley job on the roof repairs of my home. I called them on Monday -the worst day of the floods - I live in Los Angeles Greg was here on Tuesday afternoon -appraised my property and the job was completed within days without further damage to my ceilings. He also added another ten plus years of life to my roof by adding more ventilation. I've recommoneded the company to several people- I am impressed and pleased with the services!!!!

When we discovered a hole in our roof (thanks to a nasty water stain on our bedroom ceiling), I had a difficult time finding a roofer who would take my call, let alone send someone out to repair my roof in a timely fashion. I left messages with 3 or 4 roofing companies and didn't get a single returned call. When I called Top Roofing, Marc, the company owner, answered my call and talked to me about my problem for a good 15 minutes. He told me rain was forecast for the next day, and he sent a crew out first thing in the morning to come and make the repair. The crew showed up on time to make the repair and finished it just as the rain started to fall. They were quick, efficient, and polite, and it was wonderful to sit inside and look at the rain that day, knowing my roof was repaired and protected. Marc even called me later the same day to ensure everything had gone well. A company that puts this much effort into helping a client with a half-dollar sized hole in her roof is truly going above and beyond with customer service.
