AWFUL Service & Poor Quality Product

I was referred to UPRINTING.COM by my web designer, who is great. I'm an attorney in los angeles with a new side-business and I was really excited about getting the business cards for my new venture...but I was sorely disappointed with every aspect of dealing with UPRINTING.COM, and here's why:



1. Customer Service in India - pretty annoying when you're trying to talk color specifications or even explaining your street name phonetically. The woman I talked to said "uh-huh" after everything that I said, which obviously did not always make sense, and she put me on hold 3 times just to place the order.



2. Crappy Cards - when my 2 sets of business cards finally arrived, I threw up in my mouth a little. What should have been sleek business cards that fade from light to dark red turned out to be baby-poop-brown cards with barely visible type and that were rough around the edges. Not to mention they didn't even come in their own box - just some crappy thing from the post office that I had to annihilate just to get open.



3. AWFUL Service/Return Policy - so after I received my disgusting cards, I promptly called UPRINTING.COM to report my problem and get a new order under way. I talked to the same "uh-huh" saying Indian lady, who informed me that she couldn't do anything, but that a manager would call me back shortly. Did they? NO! So then I called again the next day, Saturday (allegedly their hours are 24/7 M-F and weekends 8-5, but that's a farce since the Indian lackeys can't actually do anything). Again, SAME uh-huh lady, who again fed me the same line of crap, claiming that a manager would call me back. BS!!! It is now Monday, 8pm, and no one has contacted me. Ridiculous.



4. Sucky Supervisors - Frustrated with their lack of follow-thru, and after 12 minutes of being on hold, I was finally able to talk to uh-huh lady's supervisor: also Indian, also a bad attitude, and also ENTIRELY UNABLE TO HELP in any regard, with the same line of crap about a manager calling me back. Shenanigans.



I highly recommend using anyone BUT uprinting.com if you want any sort of service or quality product.
