The staff always seems too busy to help you. The last 3 or 4 times I've stopped in, no one greets me and no one offers assistance. The staff is constantly dealing with putting up / or away inventory and seem to forget they're in a sales environment. No one is ever in the dressing room to and most of the time, there's several of them just stand around the cashier (with only one usually open). The place is OK for staples (oh, and sales clothes are almost NEVER marked on sale), but their customer service is pretty much non-existent.

I tend to find more things I like at this location rather than Melrose. Staff is always helpful.
