STAY AWAY!!! I needed three rugs to be cleaned before Thanksgiving so I unwisely chose these people for service. I was serviced by someone named Ernie (probably the owner) his son and his nephew. They showed up without an extension cord for their cleaning machine and without water asking if they can use my extension cord and water from the tub!!!! I said fine but in retrospect I should have sent them packing. On to the cleaning they take my rugs out into the driveway (b/c I have hardwood floors) cleaned the three rugs in 30 minutes tops. Three guys asked for my help in order to lift them. After a few hours of drying I noticed that all 3 rugs had shrunk (2 of them significantly), one was dirtier than before they had cleaned it and my red dug had bled along the edges. Unprofessional, unorganized and not worth your money. I called them and left a POLITE message, no response. Thanks douche bags.
