This place was a total nightmare. The girl Liz who first answered my call after calling to return my order because my linen was received with multiple snags and dirt marks was the rudest person I had ever dealt with. I was expecting to receive brand new drapes for an anniversary party and received what looked to me like rental linen. I ended up keeping the drapes because I was being told I would be charged a restocking fee plus my shipping charges and I had already been charged $45 for shipping to recieve 5 drapes in a small fedex box that probably only cost $20 to ship. No shipping charges would not be refunded. I will NEVER consider giving this place my business again.



I did however give this review one star because the guy Art who called me back did have good customer service but at that point I just didn't want to deal with the headache anymore.



I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Not my best experience, it was horrible. My orders came too late, and I was promised a refund. Its been a year now and I still did not get my refund.
