So rude to me over the phone - couldn't even tell me if they had the kind of fabric I needed. The woman could barely understand English. She told me I would have to drive down and look for myself. When I told her I didn't want to drive all over town when she could just tell me if they even had the kind of fabric I needed - she basically said "Too bad. You can call somewhere else" So I did. The next fabric store I called took two seconds to tell me that they had the fabric and they are the ones getting my business.
