I had blond hair and wanted to get my hair a little lighter . I finally left the Salon with Orange hair and a burnt and bloody scalp ! The Hairstylist told me that yes it was a little orange but that the next day everyting would be perfect . The next day my hair were still very orange and my scalp was still hurting me badly . Everybody at work and my friends told me what happened to you , you should ask for a refund cause it's a catastrophe. I asked the hairstylist to give me my money back and he asked me to meet him on a Bank Parking lot . I got only 50% on the money Back ( and i paid USD 370 for this disaster!!). I check with another hair stylist in Santa Monica and she told me that she refuse to touch my hair right now cause my scalp was still too bloody and my hairs completely burnt and that ii she does anything i will lose my hairs . I spoke with the Salon Manager and got the rest of my money back .

It was 6 months ago, and my hair are still very damaged . It will take me a while to get beautifull hairs again !!
