The owner of this company is rude and hing up in my face when I was trying to calmly resolve the issue in which we were shortchanged. We have been trying to have a refrigerator that he sold us repaired or replaced for almost a month. Every single time that I call to make arrangements with him he tells us to call back on another day with this last time him telling us to wait 15 more days until we can get a replacement refrigerator.
