To whom it may concern:



Today I took my 90 yr old aunt to open a new checking account, and to have her social security check begin direct deposit, along with her retirement check. The woman who helped us was young and kind but not very helpful when we began talking about the direct depost. I brought the papers given to me by social security and the Los Angeles City employees system retirement , but she said she had her own paper. Eventually she did check out my form but I had to continue to re-check my forms to see if she filled out the areas that ask for the financial institution to complete. Well, of course when I got home to go over again the paper work, there were areas that needed the to be completed by the bank which were not done. I happen to live about 75 miles away from her and with the price of gas I could have used a little more patience and consideration from the banker. I will see if I can have a Wells Fargo close to me make whatever changes hopfully without going back to my aunts resthome to complete this transaction.
