The owner and boss was amazing ond so freindly on the phone. My duaghters car blew up and they helped us out with it. They were quick to respond it felt like the good old days when we helped each other =) The driver Donny was super friendly and helpful I wanna give him him a hug! These guys rock I will call them again if needed and I recomend them highly!

Best customer service ever!! I called several places to aid me in getting rid of my junk car and after getting several rude people I got in contact with Westside Auto Recycling. Its nice to know that there is still at least one company that treats their customers with respect. This company went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied!!

I used this company to buy my vehicle. They showed up when promised paid me what they said they would and exposed of my car. The guy that came out was very cpolite and professional. I would highly recommend.

I thoght dealing with my junk car war going to be a big head ache. WRONG These guys could not have been more friendly , patient, and reliable, as I had no clue to how this process works.

Impeccable customer service. Rolled my Jeep and totaled it, the police tow and impound cost nearly $300 for two days storage. I should have called West Side Auto Recycling immediately instead. They came to the impound garage, towed the Jeep to their location and stored it all for free while I waited for the title to be mailed and the insurance adjusters to look at the car. Then gave me a fair price to salvage my totaled car. Donnie and the rest of the guys were very friendly, helpful and punctual. Some of the best customer service I've received anywhere! Thanks guys!

With a DMV renewal & insurance policy running out in a matter of hours, I needed to get rid of my car FAST. Everybody I knew told me, "call Pick Your Part," so I did... and PYP wouldn't give me the time of day- they were rude and could not care less of their customer base.



So, I then google'd "auto salvage Santa Monica" and found Westside Auto Recycling, and OH BOY did these guys take care of business and relieve so much of my stress!



Every time I contacted WSAR, I reached a courteous, attentive person. I'm so glad I didn't have to deal any more with random robot operators or unanswered voice/email messages, like I did with other auto salvagers online.



I wanted to keep my car for every last minute and mile on its insurance policy & DMV registration, and W/S Recycling catered to my every request: they provided same day service, at the time I had requested of them. DONE, EASY, WOW!!!



Due to unexpected rain/flooding in LA, they had a tiny delay for arrival; nevertheless, they always kept me apprised of their timing, so I was never left wondering "where are they?" like with other folks. Skip was outstanding in explaining to me all the legalities of the simple DMV transferral, and his kindness and professionalism made the whole process all a piece of cake. The first thing he did was pay me for my car upon arrival, and five minutes later I filed the legal paperwork online... car sold = DONE!



I could not have hoped for better service than what I received from Westside Auto Recycling. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone.

I had an 89 Jeep Cherokee that I had to get rid of and Skip from Westside Auto Recycling came out and towed the vehicle with no problems. Skip was very professional and I highly recommend this company if you need to get rid of an old car.
