They make you sign an arbitration agreement. Basically if you're a pregnant woman who loses her baby because of their incompetence or neglect you cannot sue them properly in court, you have to go to a private arbitrator who could award you very limited damages.



Already a red flag. I refused any treatment but cleaning. Lo and behold: when I receive my insurance claim they have charged me for an evaluation (never happened) as well as for topical application of fluoride (never happened.) When I called them to request a copy of my evaluation, they obfuscated for a while, but finally they agreed that they cannot refuse me my own dental medical records.



They e-mailed me my evaluation and it had no information on it. Just that I have good teeth and hygiene. Nothing about risks, bite, gums, et cetera. And guess what - they forgot to forge one thing - they forgot to include the fluoride treatment in their fake and back-dated evaluation.



At this moment I am waiting to hear from my insurance's fraud department. My advice: don't go near that place with a 10-foot pole! They are frauds! It's shameful that such physicians have dental licenses in the state of CA!
