They are unable to comprehend, much less answer, simple questions like "when were they made?" The guy behind counter who didn't understand anything had to go in back and get his boss, who also didn't understand anything.
When I ordered a half-dozen, they put 12 in a box and stare at me with a blank face when I clearly re-state "HALF - A - DOZEN".
