My son got a flat on his 2016 Mustang on Hwy 152 last night and we had the car towed to Carlos' Tire Shop at 8 pm and he came from home and replaced his tire... THANK YOU!!

My car overheated and broke down at night time between Santa Nella and Los Banos on I-5 on July 2nd which is 4th of July week. The California Highway Patrol dispatched a towing service that recommended me to use Carlos Tire Shop. I called and spoke to the Manager and asked if someone can take a look at my car and he said YES!! I actually called some other shop and NONE of them would look at my car because they're either short staffed or their mechanics and owners weren't in the shop because they were all on vacation. Carlos Tire Shop is not only a Tire Shop but they fix other mechanical problems as well. They work 7 days a week. I was very impressed!! Now who does that??? Only motivated and hard working people would do that who are willing to help any travelers and will go out of their way. The manager even called the rental car place for me. He was very resourceful, detail oriented and very sympathetic. The mechanic did what he supposed to do and caught something that other mechanic in Vegas wrongfully installed. No crooks nor rip offs here. He showed it to me. He is a great mechanic. As for price damage well any other place will charge me sky rocket tag. What do you expect...I have a ROVER!! My car didn't break down driving on a 100 heat back to LAS VEGAS on hwy 58. KEEP UP THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! THANK YOU!!!
