After being victimized by a Ram dealership using a bunch of shady sales tactics, I said to myself "the next truck I buy will be from Santos Ford". At Santos Ford in Los Banos we've always gotten a better deal than we expected. Even with a low credit score they were able to get financing for me on a late model Ford truck.

Like the license plate frame says, no suits, no ties, no lies. This is a true small family owned dealership. Informal, honest, courteous and efficient. They had a GT350 on the floor, made me great deal on it so I flew up to San Jose from Orange County. They picked me up at the airport, brought me to the dealership where the car was prepped and ready to roll. Great experience and a great car. Very happy.

Very satisfied with the exceptional sales staff. Frank and Alan "the champion" did a great job. Not pushy, no BS, and pricing was extremely fair. Don in finance was straight forward and helpful in fitting the warranty and gap in our budget. We were in and out in about 2 hours. Everyone made something. A fair deal all the way around.

Had a great experience both on the lot with Mike and during his follow up calls. We couldn't find what we wanted so he found it for us. The Service Dept was able to handle the upgrades we wanted to the new F250 with reasonable cost and the work came out great.

Alan from Santos Ford is AWESOME! He did what no other sales person/finance manager was willing to do to see my children and myself in a newer car! It's my first car purchase and Alan handled everything perfectly. I talked to Alan on Friday and the car was delivered (yes delivered to Turlock) on Monday! We recently bought a 2016 f250 power stroke from Santos ford. Salesmen Josh and Gonzalo, finance manager Bruce, and Service manager Marion were all top notch. They even swapped out my 5th wheel hitch from my old truck to the new truck (at no charge). This dealership is outstanding when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction.
