This place is HORRIBLE. The front desk lady was rude and unprofessional, she rolled her eyes at me when I asked questions and was visibly annoyed when I needed to change an appointment. Worst customer service EVER! I will happily spend more money somewhere else for better service and attitude!!!

Horrible Front desk. I asked to speak to the office manager twice in one day, and I asked the same lady, and I still haven't received a phone call. Waiting is more than an hour and they don't know anything about insurances. It's ridiculous. I have been seeing this doctor since I was a child, he is wonderful but he needs a better staff. We will be having a different family eye doctor from now on.

Thought about it twice but I finally went to see for myself. Best service ever, new employees, friendly customer service and they have a great doctor. Professional trained staff and I love how they are doing a raffle for EASTER for the kids. Truly recommend this office and they even have an office in Brownsville.

- Keep up the good service & you will be getting more comments from me. See you in a 2 weeks for my kids appointments.

Horrible customer service. They are very incompetent in their duties. You have to be calling them constantly to check on your order. They do not know anything about insurances. Horrible! They have lost a customer forever.

Secretaries have no clue what they are doing, its been a month and my contacts have still not been ordered nor my prescription perfected, they have me redundantly driving back and forth for reasons that could be settled over phone, worst eye clinic BAAAD service, plus they'll have you waiting about half an hour to an hour even if you have an appointment

I have never had worse service...

I have never had worse service, worse eye care or worse lenses. The eye exam was cursory at best. The prescription might have been okay but their lab could not get it right after three tries even when they went back to the old prescription. They finally had to send them out to another lab on the fourth try. Finally they came back from the other shop, the prescription was fine but the lens are scratched. They just hand you the glasses. They don't fit them or even clean them. Stay away from this nightmare, it has taken over 3 months and still isn't resolved.
