The first time I took pictures with them they were kind. I went back the second time because everyone was awesome. The salesman, the editor and the photographer were excellent at their job. the second time was horrific. everyone was new. New photographer , new editor , new sales person etc. The new salesman at the mall insulted my husband telling him he looked like he was going to have the baby instead of me calling him fat. (I was pregnant at the time) that was so rude of him to tell him that. Then when I asked for my receipt he told me “what I don’t need to give you a receipt it’s not like I’m going to keep the money, you could leave now” Everything about that experience was bad and humiliating. The photographer was not creative and the two different salesmen lied to us that they had different backgrounds which they didn’t at all. They only had one and a black sheet. they advertise all these photos with different backgrounds and don’t even have the backdrops in the “studio.” Their prices are ridiculous because they don’t make an effort to connect with the person , its not worth the $300 dollars that they charge. Other photographers put so much more effort and charge less.
