Dr. Barsten is great. He cured my depression and terrible insomnia within 3 months - things my regular doc couldn't do in 6 years. (Their solution was just higher doses of pills. Now i don't take any!) I continue to call Dr. Barsten with health questions regarding my diet and other health issues, and he's always so thorough and his recommendations are always backed by science and experience. I wouldn't deprive myself of a visit to see Dr. Barsten just because the lady at the desk was having a bad day. If you have any kind of health issue, I'd highly recommend getting in there and sorting things out. They'll treat the root of your issues - not just give you band aids to mask the symptoms.
