Worse than AWFUL....I have never had a worst haircut, style or salon experience as I have had at this salon. Michelle Buschi was the person who I had made the appointment with on the recommendation of a friend. She called and requested to change the first appointment time due to her dentist appointment, which she had forgotten about, which I agreed to with no thought. I arrived at the appointed time for a hair cut and had allowed a bit over an hour for the cut. Her assistant was not working apparently, so she interrupted my cut with taking care of other people. I have short hair. I should have been cut and styled within an hour at the most. She was still doing something strange with my hair in regards to styling over an hour later, and she was no where near done. I had told her I had to leave soon, but she did not do anything to speed up. It was the strangest experience I have ever had with a professional stylist. I had to leave with my hair looking very strange, as she apologized for the gunk she had put in it. As I was hurriedly leaving to make my appointment she yelled "It's a good cut". Unfortunately it is a terrible cut. She did not even touch my bangs which was one of the main reasons I went in. I was going to put a stop on the check that day, but a friend talked me out of it. I should have. Instead I agreed to let her trim my bangs and that would be it for this salon. I made an appointment which she said would work for her to have my bangs cut and complete the job. Again, she called and left a message stating that she had to move my time up a half hour because she had another client that she had to work into the schedule. She did not confer about my schedule, and that did not work for my schedule. I have asked for my money back as I have never been more dissatisfied in my life with a hair cut which I paid 65.00 for. She has refused to refund my money or finish the job, as I told her that I would not be able to move my appointment up, and that she was welcome to refund my money or that I would be there at the agreed upon time. Now I will have to pay someone at least as much to fix the mess she has created. I truly hope that no one else will have to go through such an upsetting and frustrating experience as I have gone through with this stylist, Michelle Buschi. Unfortunately, she is also the owner of the salon. Save yourself money, grief and frustration and don't go to this salon.
