Hired Tom to do a design/install of my new property. I was expected creativity, taste, and professional design services to compliment the beautiful existing landscaping, exotic plants, and to be in harmony with the micro-climate. What I got was 300 feet of Mexican sage. Boring! He planted a few fruit trees, most of which died, and did some 'it's not rocket science' sprinkler repair. This was 2 days work total. The bill: $25000. What a rip-off. Everything Tom did could have been done by a trip to the local nursery and a few Home Depot guys, for $2000, tops.
I would not recommend this guy unless you are color blind and have cash to burn.
