I went in around 8:30pm and sat by a huge TV to watch a football game...the service was great plus the view of a beautiful table!! Thanks Norm Valdez 234.0953 please txt me...:-)

Waited for over an hour just to be seated. They would not seat us. We watched as the helped people that came in after us. They told everyone 30 min wait. But the friends of the staff were seates as soon as they showed up. They did no wait at all. When we asked to talkt to a manager. they said he was busy. Than when we did talk to him he was very rude.

Not a place for a lunch break!

I like Chili's normally, but they aren't fast enough if you have someplace to go after. Two of my co-workers and I went during our lunch hour from work and had to wait 35-40 minutes for our food & when we got it it was cold! We even had to ask for re-fills. We didn't get back to work till 2:30! I suggest visiting this restaurant only if you're patient and have A LOT of time to spare. They just need to work on their attentiveness and promptness and it would've been a good visit. The atmosphere is good and the waitresses are friendly, but the service was horrible!
