Taylor Middle School, governed by Albuquerque Public Schools, serves students in grades six through eight. The school offers classes in language arts, social studies and math. Its curriculum also includes art, orchestra, drama, computer technology, band, chorus, and health and physical education. Taylor Middle School provides several sports activities, such as basketball, football, soccer, tennis, volleyball, and track and field. The school s parent-teacher organization sponsors various welfare programs and fundraising events. It offers after-school programs in tae kwan do, dance, poetry, and arts and crafts.
