Great spot for a quick stop with excellent homemade pastries and terrific coffee.

A traditional Scottish wedding cake is a fruitcake, well mellowed in Sherry for 3 months and then decorated. Very few bakeries make these. I made my mother’s fruitcake recipe and contacted Teal at Sierra Rizing Bakery about the decoration. She had not decorated a fruitcake before but was well up to the challenge. As you can see by the photo she did a fantastic job, delivered and set up. Best of all the icing complemented the fruitcake well and believe it or not, most of the guests really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend Teal for your baking and decorating needs, I’ve eaten frequently at Sierra Rizing Bakery and can attest to the deliciousness of everything I’ve enjoyed there.

AND coffee, AND bakery goods AND everything!!!! We found this cafe/bakery sheerly by accident, and are so glad we did! Will go back many times for sure.
