Helo everyone- so is it just me? I am so sick of the management at the Louisa VA Goodwill. They think nothing of making a mistake & selling something YOU PURCHASED....with a response of, "soooorrrry"...& absolutely no effort or responsibility for their their ere. But... If you cannot get there during a snowstorm in which literally THEIR OWN CFO can not make it in, they will sell your prepaid item right out from under you. Their manager has ZERO "customer appreciation" & no concept of customer service, never mind customer retention! They are ridiculous. BUT their manager WILL gladly tell you she is sick of her job & that she is actively seeking another job...only ing is, her attitude reflects it! And the result is how she treats her customers.
