Our Chardonnay is fermented and aged in stainless steel.  It does not have the complexity of the barrel but the fruit was beautiful and it has a very intense fruit character.  $18/bottle.

Our 2010 Rose' is a wonderfully sweet wine made from Merlot,  fermented and aged in stainless steel.  $14/bottle.

Our Rosso is a blend of 90% Rose' and 10% Norton.  Rosso is a "lighter" red for those who would like to drink red wine but do not like  the tannins.  $15/bottle.

Raspberry -  $20/ bottle  Grape wine with natural raspberry flavoring. 

Peach - $20/bottle.  Grape wine with natural peach flavoring.

Cabernet Franc Reserve - Aged in French Oak for 18 months.  $24/bottle.

Our Norton is very rich in tannin resulting in a wine that will have a long life.  It has a unique flavor and it has more anthocianins than any other variety of grapes.  It is probably the wine which will do better than others to improve your health because of the antioxidants it contains. 2009 is $16/bottle; 2010 is $18/bottle.

Petit Manseng - Nutty flavor, $14/bottle.

Meritage - 41%Merlot, 38% Petit Verdot, 21% Cabernet Franc - $25/bottle

Cabernet Sauvignon - Aged in stainless steel.  $21/bottle

Petit Verdot - Aged in stainless steel.  $22/bottle
