I love this place! Mary Ann and her team take care of Baxter and love him very much! They are always so nice to us and very friendly!

I've been an occasional customer here for about a year. They do a nice job but expensive! I could put up with that but I really disliked the attitude and lecturing I received when I accidentally violated their unspoken unwritten policies regarding dog drop off times.



Very poor understanding of what it means to be in a customer service business.



I won't go back.
