Never completed agreed upon installation of new AC/Heater along with thermostat. In a stationary RV trailer. His company had a difficult time responding to calls placed to him, cancelled several appointments and frequently did not have the needed parts on hand to complete the job. mHas never responded to last call requesting he set up a final installation date. Pleasant personality but this does not bring heat and coolness to my RV.

Mr. Jordan and his Staff were on time and my AC worked better than when it was new. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family!

I hired Ricky Jordan and his team for a whole house installation. The install was prompt, and his crew were very polite and professional.

Unfortunately after I paid Ricky, he became very hard to contact. The system installed has had many problems, but because he makes his money from service calls, he is reluctant to come back to correct the problems.



Point to note:



DO NOT PAY THIS MAN until you have fully tested your system, both coolant and heat.

I cannot occupy parts of my house during very hot or cold spells due to my system not functioning properly.



I have spoken to my attorney, and am now pursuing the matter through the State board and BBB.
