when we waited for them to reach us out of state(very late) they had outsourced the work to what seemed like a bunch of thugs that they had rounded up from other companies.Then after opening items many were broken from the transport in a way too small truck with things crammed in.It took months to get the claim settled and even had to involve me hiring an attorney.

The move of our large office was extremely difficult. Through no fault of BVT, our move lasted much longer than the original estimated time. They toughed it out with us through broken elevators and other repair service related problems. The movers were always prompt, extremely careful with our property and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks to Ralph, Lucy, Eric, Marcos and everyone else involved.

We have used Boulder Valley Transfer for many years under the old ownership, but since the recent changes in ownership, our last two moves with them has been anything but ideal. Under the current ownership, the ratio of experienced movers has dramatically declined, large moves are undermanned and our moves have not been completed until well after 10:00pm! Upon completing our last move we paid by credit card. We had a mis-understanding regarding our charges. They did not give us a call to sort it out, rather automatically increased our charges against our credit card. When we tried to place a hold on those additional charges, we received word that they were filing a law suit against us. The office personnel stated that Filing at Court was their standard practice. This new management has not attempted communication with us regarding our bill, and after taking their additional charges out of our card, against our wishes, they have not addressed our one damage claim. We won't be back

Dear Ralph, My family and I can't thank you and Boulder Valley Transfer enough for the gracious and most urgently needed help in moving from Boulder to Broomfield. After losing our home in forclosure, we were on what seemed like an impossible time-line to pack and be moved in a couple of weeks. The most generous offer of help was more than we could've imagined ! And the team you sent us was the best ! Eric, Taylor, Jose F were terrific to work with. They handled our furniture and boxes with great care, added some levity to the day and overall very professional,Pleasant and great guys to help pull off this aurduous task. Thank you to Boulder Valley Transfer, Eric, Taylor, Jose and to you Ralph for making possible what might not have been possible. Boulder Valley Transfer has moved my family twice and both times the guys arrived on time, very proffessional and courteous and very hard and fast workers. Upon arrival while I was doing the walk through with the crew leader the other men protected all the hard wood floors and carpets just like the sales manager said they would. They protected all of our furniture with pads and shrink wrap and both times they moved us there was no damage. The best thing was that the move ended up costing us less then what was quoted, again a stress free experience and we would definatly recommend Boulder Valley Transfer to our friends and family.

Boulder Valley Transfer is not Owned by Chris Klatt anymore and the new owners are crooks. They cheat everyoe they come in contact with. I was very disapponited with them on our move. I got a qoute from thrie salesman, I think his name was Ralgh, and from him till the the final move of our furniture was nothing but lies. I soon found out afterward they have a saying of thier Corp name which is OPM Inc which stands for Other peoples money, They think this is funny. I have now found out that Chris Klatt has started another moving company which is called Klatt Moving and Staorage, Sorry I ever used them.

It's a good moving company but they haven't been in continuous operation in Boulder since the turn of the last century like the advertising says. Multiple owners and closure for a few years after one owner bankrupted it have made a tumultuous history for this company.
