Provided by Doctor.comAfter not having any work done during my university years, there was much to do and Dr. Chuck has been nothing but positive and sensitive, to both my teeth and my post grad money situation. After a visit where I received several fillings, he made room for me to see him a few days later to get a few bumps smoothed out with no questions asked. Super attentive, A+ care from everyone in the office- I never want to go anywhere else.

My husband has his wisdom teeth removed by LDA, and was going in for follow up appointments after he got a dry socket. They gave him a cleaning solution and told him it would clear up. After about six weeks I noticed a horrible smell coming from his mouth, and something didn't look right in the spot where the wisdom tooth was. He called to to see if the dentist could check it out and was told he couldn't be seen for three weeks! I was shocked that they were refusing to see him, given that they had performed his surgery. He made an appointment with another dentist and they found out that LDA had left gauze in the socket of his wisdom tooth. Fortunately, the gauze had not fused itself to the bone, and he had been keeping the area as clean as possible so there was no infection. I called LDA to inform them what had happened and received apologies, but this is inexcusable negligence in my opinion. Since my husband and I had been patients there, there had been high dentist turnover, and the original dentists who were they have subsequently left LDA. FInd another dentist.

The staff are warm and friendly, and make for a pleasant visit. The doctors are down-to-earth, and readily help with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Louisville Dental Associates.

Excellent service. Very professional staff, excellent hygienists and doctors. Great care is taken to make sure that everyone is treated well. I especially appreciate that my hygienist and doctor relate information to me in a way that I can understand... since I am not a medical person. :) THE BEST!
