The hours are great, coworkers are awesome, some of the tasks can be confusing and frustrating but the support system is nice.

My ex-husband actually referred me to Clear Creek Consulting; they are local (they are in Louisville, CO and I'm in Golden). The IRS was unwilling to work with me after my accountant dropped the ball and I was caught pretty much unaware. The process is pretty streamlined and I didn't even have to go to their office, they handled everything by fax, email, etc... They took a little longer than expected, no by much though, but they kept great communication and set good expectations along the way (still 5 stars; they really did what they said that they would).
