Actually my experience there was fine - it's what's been happening since my visit which has been so upsetting. I went for one visit in early 2012. Starting exactly one year after that visit, I started getting phone calls to make an appointment for a routine eye exam. We had moved since my initial visit in 2012 and would be seeing a different ophthalmologist. The calls continued about once a month at first, then every two weeks, then towards the end of the twelve-month mark, once a week. They always called my home phone and not my cell so I could never catch the call to pick it up and tell them to stop calling. See, Front Range Eye Health does not actually do any of their own appointment reminder calls: they actually outsource this task. I called and complained to the office manager about 3 months ago, and she assured me that the calls would stop, but here we are, May 2015, and the calls are still coming. The office refuses to give me the number of the call center so I can actually call and make sure they take me off their list or whatever. So I'm kind of at a loss; every time I call Front Range Eye Health, they tell me they will have the calls stopped. I am spending way too much time dealing with the aftermath of the one visit I had there over three years ago.
