The front desk is completely incompetent prompting the Drs to call you a liar. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your medical needs until this problem Janet is gone. She reflects badly on the whole offices professionalism knowing that they could hire someone so incompetent at their job making me think badly of the Drs as well.
