My mother lives on a very fixed income. Hearing aids are so expensive and most seniors just cannot afford them. In addition to the sad fact most companies are simply out for the dollar, not the client. Buddy and Christine thoughtfully expressed why hearing aids are as expensive as they are but made them most affordable for my mother. I really didn't think we were going to be able to get them but they worked it out for us in such a way that I was in "awe" as I left their office that day. I was so surprisingly pleased. On my mothers most limited income we left so satisfied with hope and with hearing aids for my mother.

I cannot say enough good things about The Hearing Solutions in Louisville. Christine and Buddy are two of the kindest,most knowledgeable, compassionate and very honest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet.

They worked so hard at getting the best fit and sound possible for my mother. If my mother got home and decided after a bit, she wasn't sure the audio was loud enough, we simply went back in and they would adjust them accordingly. They both also gave us very good tips on how to work with hearing aids to get the very best out of them. Examples of getting ones attention if in a loud automobile etc...These folks are so honest and were just an absolute pleasure to work with. Most businesses really could learn so much from them, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hearing Solutions.
