HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE-DONT USE ANY OF THERE OFFICES. our Realtor set up the home insurance for us a year ago when we bought the home, NEVER did we hear from our agent carol or anyone else from the company. the only thing we got was the papers in the mail saying were insured. then the renewal paperwork. we wanted to add our cars to our policy and our Realtor informed the agent of this, still a year later have never heard from her. i called the 1800 number to see if they except our new dog, and the lady was SUPER rude, about it. because they dont except the bread. i'm glad i've never had to file a claim with these people i'm sure that would be a nightmare.
