Provided by YP.comI have tried the Waterloo Icehouse 4 times. I was extremely disappointed each time. The burgers are expensive and have absolutely NO LOVE in them. For $11 at least make the effort to slice the onions, not throw them on the plate in big chunks. Then the service.....absolutely pathetic. The last time I was there, my friends and I watched 5 staff members do shots while while we stood at the bar waiting for service. We waited for another couple of minutes and we left.
I feel like I have given the Icehouse many opportunities to redeem itself. Any more would be a total waste of time.
