sold a truck they did not own to me.
lied about why i could not pick up.
called 4 days after taken my money to come and get something else.
going to get money back and i will not return

I purchased a car on 3/11 and the entire buying experience was superb. My salesperson was Taylor and he was totally professional throughout. My financing experience with Jeanie, the finance manager, was also top notch. It was completed within 15 minutes at a fantastic below market rate. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE OVERALL. I would recommend this dealership without any hesitation.

Promised better financing, stalled me at the dealership for two hours and then came back with high pressure bait and switch on financing with a ridiculous rate. Considerable dealer fees and gross exagerration of the vehicle's condition. Today I am buying a like vehicle elswhere at a lower price, no dealer fees and at the rate my CU quoted me over the phone. Don't waste your time with these people.

Slick talkers! Bad experience...

Slick talkers! Bad experience. Said tires were new, but a year later my mechanic said they were dry rotted. Supposedly fixed air conditioner when I first bought the car. A few months later I was out $900 for a condenser. Wrote letter to GM. No response. Called him and again SLICK TALKER. Although he said he is a fair person and does not take sides, it pushed everything back on me. He said that they do not record conversations so me saying that I was told the tires were new, he could not prove it. Go to the BBB site and see some of their complaints. It is funny that the GM that answers most of the complaints can remember exactly what was said when it is an advantage to them. I will not go back.

Would not give me pricing information and monthly payment information unless I signed a paper agreeing to "BUY TODAY IF APPROVED". Classic car salesman tactics, bait and switch, also after I said I'd put $3,000 cash down they asked "and give your truck as a trade in?" LOL!!!

wow. got bait and switched. discussed price over the phone, salesman convinced me to come in because my price was very close to what they would take. When I got there, their price was 'EXACTLY WHAT WE HAVE ON THE WINDOW, NOT A PENNY LESS!' - screamed the manager. Since I offered about $2000 under that price, I was confused why the salesman said I was very close to what they would take. What a coincidence, the salesman I negotiated with was there to greet me, but had to leave for the entire day, and couldn't be reached by cell phone. BAIT AND SWITCH.
