Provided by YPmobileTerrible service. Technicians don't listen or follow through. For two conflicting estimates slipped under my door, even though I made it perfectly clear that I wanted to talk to the person giving the estimate. Even while I was on the phone with him and said I wanted to talk to him, the guy asked if I needed to be home when he did the estimate.
Never even got on the roof to look at our chimney. He just sat in his truck with his view mostly instructed by the roofline and a huge silver Maple in our front yard.
