I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give less. I moved my service to my new home on 7/6/2021. Every single month since then I have experienced billing errors. I call in to correct the issue and I receive a promise that it has been taken care of. Only to have the exact same issue arise each and every month for the past 6 months. ADT will not stop billing me for the old address. Also, I have been told numerous times that there will be no termination fee when moving service. However, I have been billed a termination fee 3 times and had to fight for a credit three times. Now, after calling to inquire about my options to terminate the new service I was told I would have to pay 75% of the entire 5 year balance. I told the representative NOT to process termination because I was awaiting a promised call from the local ADT office. I checked my account less than 24 hours later to find that the termination had in fact been processed and I have been billed over $1800.00!!! I am so done with ADT and no matter how many times I have called over the past 6 months no one will help rectify theses problems. I am on disability and if they process the $1800+ charges my mortgage will go unpaid, I won't eat for at least 2 months. And MY TWO OCTOGENARIAN AUNTS AND I WILL BE LIVING IN THE DARK WITH NO HEAT AND NO FOOD!. Thank you ADT for the feeling of security!
