I have been hearing noises in my attic for quite a while now, so I decided to give this company a try. To say that I am very disappointed with the services they provide is an understatement. They charge 150 dollars just to check your place out, and it does not guarantee they will catch anything. The animals I keep hearing are in my attic, and my guess is that they made it in there through a hole. The smart thing to do is seal the hole and get rid of all the animals that are already in the attic. Instead, they came over and never went in my attic. They installed the cages on MY ROOF and told me they would charge me for every animal they caught. In other words, I would be charged for every animal that just happens to be wandering on my roof and that could have been on a tree 2 minutes ago. They charged my card 500 dollars and I still keep hearing noises in my attic. Would NOT recommend. Save your money and pay someone who knows how to do their job correctly.

I called them to discuss a problem I was having with an animal living in either my wall or ceiling, and I gave them all the details I have been collecting while this animal has lived there for nearly 2 months. They basically told me that I was wrong, what I was describing wasn't accurate, that I was not smelling urine because that was impossible, and she said they could send someone out for $149 to take a look, with additional costs for each animal removed. So even if they couldnt figure out what was going on, they would charge me $149? She said yes thats true. Then when I kept asking questions, she recommended I call a different company.

We own rental property in Old Louisville. They removed two squirrels and sealed off our box gutters were bats where living. They were more affordable than the competitor we priced. This was a three story multifamily property.
