Took my new iPhone 6 in to have it looked at because it was acting up just 1 day after buying it. The iPhone store at Oxmoor refused to look at it unless I made an appointment. They weren't busy! I will not purchase another apple product and won't recommend them either. As for customer service, they suck and are rude. Hate this store.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The App...

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Apple Store Oxmoor now has a MANDATORY 45 minute wait for walk-in customers. I have to travel 45 minutes to get to the store, if I make a reservation and I end up leaving late and miss the appointment, my appointment is canceled and I end up waiting a MANDATORY 45 minutes! They are one of two stores in the entire state of Kentucky! The Apple Store Oxmoor is not taking in consideration of all of the customers who have to travel to their store!
