Bought a used Hybrid that they said had a newly refurbished battery. Less than 20k miles later it's completely dead. Of course it's just out of the warranty provided by the guys they got the battery from. The buying process was a mess. They argued with me about fixing problems with the car. They didn't want to fix any of it. In fact a broken fog light was replaced with plastic taped into the socket. Very unprofessional. Worst car buying experience of my life. My younger brother also bought a car the same day and he's now spending thousands to fix his car as well. F all around.

I love this place. They always take good care of me and everyone I send to them. Very informative and knowledgable about every car on the lot. A+++ guys.

I drove some distance to buy a car from these guys. They had a relatively rare car that I really wanted. Anyway I could not make it there by closing but they stayed open for me. The salesmen that I talked to on the phone was extremely nice and easy to work with. Because I had been shopping for some time for a new car all that week I had cash with me because most individuals will not take checks. I drove the car and loved it so I decided to buy it that day. When I paid for the car I counted my money and handed it to them filled out the paperwork and drove the new car home. When I counted what I had left in my wallet I was short 1000 dollars. I looked all over the car, checked all over the house everywhere. How did I lose 1000 dollars =(. Two days later the salesmen called me to inform me they were 1000 over on the deposit. I could not believe that I could have been dumb enough to over pay for anything. Especially by 1000 dollars.

LONG story short. I gave them 1000 extra and had no idea that happened. They called me to let me know and refunded the money right away. They could have easily pocked the cash and I would have never even known, but they did not. These guys are great, they are not crooks, they are not liars, and I would trust them with anything. In today’s society a little bit of honesty can go a long way and they have received my future business for life. Will definitely buy from again.

I have now bought two cars from Automotive Solutions. I loved my Jetta but it was totaled shortly after I bought it. This time I went with a Volvo and it's been a great car. Very good prices, and no pressure to buy.

Satisfactory service and ho pressure to buy. The car did have a few very minor issues which were addressed prior to purchase. Good guys with good prices

I love my car, I been driving it for 3 weeks now and had no issues. These guys have the best prices around, and a very large selection of imports.

I am more than happy with my 1998 Volvo S70. I looked all over town and this is the only one that checked out without any issues at JR VOLVO. I will buy a car from Automotive Solutions again.

Bought a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Automotive Solutions about 3 months ago. I am very pleased with my Jeep and all the very knowledgeable staff. No hassle or pressure from Kevin "sales manager" at all. I would refer them to anyone in need of a good used car.

Car condition was a little exagerated but I still bought the car.....price was right and Adus fixed a couple small things for free.....I live in Indy and I made it back just fine....solid car!

These two guys will not hesitate to tell you flat out lie about their cars to your face. I bought a car from them and within the first 5 hours it breaks down on me. I drove it 30 miles home, and later I tried to drive it 2 miles to Walmart and it leaves me stranded.



They told me the car had only been on the lot for a week, but when i went to their website and looked for the car I just bought again, it was a picture taken in front of their store and there was snow on it. Why lie about something that stupid? If they will lie about that, what else did they lie to me about? Being a single mother with 2 children, no other family to rely on, it's nice to know I'm going to be walking 4 miles to work everyday for the next year until I get taxes again to buy another car.



A suggestion that would have made my experience better? A little bit of good old fashioned honesty.
