I will rank this hospital with ZERO-ZERO-ZERO XXL PLUS. I was there today 9/6/2016 waiting for a doctor who never came to me.

The process prior to conversing with Dr David Biddle was professional and acceptable. However this physician lacked professionalism. His demeanor was so horrible we left the emergency room

My experience was terrible December 2010 and January 2011. So bad I decided to take my business elsewhere. I had an appointment at the ambulatory care on February 10th but had my doctors to schedule it at Norton's hospital instead. While I was hospitalized in December a clean gown was given to me and I found old dried feces on it, my room was not cleaned properly per their protocol (one day they cleaned and moped it thoroughly and the other 4 days they just emptied the trash cans only), and a Q-tip was out by the elevator for days, in the same spot. The gown incident was reported to my nurse and she apologized and said the head nurse and head nurse manager was notified. I left at the end of that day with no management apologizing or acknowledge that anything had happened. I was contacted by Public relations a few days later and she was no help at all. I told her about several incidents and she did apologize and said she would look into them and almost a week goes by and she finally calls back and says to call if I need anything else. Told her she did not address any issues I had asked her about , like how often does housekeeping clean the rooms and the foyer areas and did and incident report get written and could I view it etc. She was not sure if an incident report was even done. She finally sent me a letter apologizing again and thanking me for letting them all know about the incident so they can continue to be the" leading provider of health care". But on my very next admission ,a few weeks later, in January I experience similar issues ( room not being cleaned per protocol) and talked with the Director of Environmental Services. So the issues did not get resolved or any better.
