Bass Properties has been active in real-estate investing, leasing, and sales for over 35 years. Our passion is breathing new life to older buildings located in the Highlands, St. Matthews, and Crescent Hill areas. Although we started with single family homes, over the years weve expanded to apartments, commercial properties, and storage units. Our focus is to embrace the unique features and original charms of a property and bring that beauty into the functionality of the 20th century. We appreciate and see the wisdom in using good materials, quality craftsmanship, and lush landscaping. We feel that this is what makes a house feel like a home. Bass Properties looks forward to helping you find a new place; that place to relax and call home.

Our Bass Properties apartment had a constant stream of cockroaches (many the size of my thumb or larger), paper-thin walls, and loud, unruly neighbors who were often loud and unruly until three and four in the morning. Any concerns voiced to Bass Properties management were belittled and ignored. (And management changed on a fairly regular basis.) Then, after faithfully paying our rent in full and on time every month, when we were finally able to escape this awful place, the company returned almost none of our security deposit. Predatory, malignant, and in no way trustworthy. Steer clear. (And the only reason I rated this place one star is because I had to rate it in order to leave a review. If I could have, I would have given it negative five stars.)
