For the first time, when it comes to electronics and technology (of any kind), I've finally met a person that is quick to diagnose and, most importantly, honest. Fran offered to replace the mobo, gave me a price based on her research for a replacement, but told me up front that she was waiting on an email back from the supplier to be certain it was the one I needed. She could not give me a definite time that she would know the answer, and already knew the situation I was in to get it fixed ASAP. So, without hesitation, she recommended that I send it back in to the manufacturer to repair. That is good business ethics!
