To never rent from here the customer service is terrible! I had my product for 2 weeks and the 2nd week on the day my payment was due, the supposed store manager Cy**l called me "scorning me" is what he said because I hadn't been in to pay that day. Also when I asked to speak with someone who had better customer service he told me "NO" that it was his store. He goes on to call my boyfriend and gives what I found out to be a fake name. When I called back to speak with the guy I had originally interacted with from day 1, I had to give a fake name to do so, but once he got on the phone I asked for the name and spelling of the "store manager" he denied it to me at first but all the while we are on the phone I could hear Cy*** in the background making rude and unsolicit comments.
