Provided by YP.comMy credit card was charged for someone else's drinks and when I contacted management the following day to reverse the charges, they refused. I tried repeatedly to get management to refund the incorrect charges and they repeatedly refused claiming that I probably just 'didn't remember' ordering the drinks. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank. Having worked in the industry before, I understand that things can get hectic behind the bar on a Saturday night and a bartender might get confused about which tab belongs to who, and mistakes can be made. However, the bartender is an employee of the business and the business should be willing to correct its employees mistakes. Instead big blue country apparently makes it's patrons pay for it's employees mistakes. The manager was rude, condescending, and practices horrible business ethics. Needless to say I will never be going there again.

Provided by YP.comThis isn't just a UK bar, but a sports bar. Great sound and TV's with crystal clear pictures.
Great variety of beer and other adult beverages, too. But this isn't just a bar, but the food is excellent. The pizza is outstanding but my favorite is the white chili.
Plenty of parking and the staff is always courteous and knowledgeable.
Lots of parking and reasonable prices makes this place a winner.
I recommend this for food, fun and sports-not just for the next UK game but any sporting event.

Provided by YP.comWe play volleyball at Baxter Jacks across the street and are thrilled to see this bar and grill open. We don't miss an opportunity to walk over after our games and enjoy beer and wings (and other great foods prepared by a talented chef). Personally, I love the speciality burgers and fried chips. Half of our volleyball team are UK fans and the other half are UL fans (who never go without their UL attire) and we are all welcomed at Big Blue Country. Highly recommended. Carol Dawson/Ken Crutchfield (and the rest of our team)
