i've had issues with the phone as well and they gave me the wrong meat almost two months ago and still have not come back to replace it with the right meat. and now they aren't answering the supposed business phone and the salesman i bought from isn't answering his phone either for over 2 weeks now. these ppl are SCAMMERS and i doubt that USDA inspected them like they claim on their brochure!

They took money from my wife's account twice, and just like the last review, they will not answer. They don't even deserve a star. The meat wasn't that good anyway.

dont order from them with your food stamp card because you will ned up getting charged twice, and then they wont answer their phones to you when you catch them in the act
