I took my long-haired, Main Coon cat there for one day to get boarded ONLY. I had emailed the owner to make the reservation. When I picked my cat up, they had shaved her and given her a lion cut. To top it off, the owner still expected me to pay the $65 grooming fee. They also had taken off, and kept, her $80 flea collar. I was extremely disappointed in the company and how the whole situation was handled. I completely understand mistakes happen, and I would have been more forgivable if they gave me an explanation and were apologetic. Instead, they acted like they did me a favor. I will never, ever return or recommend their services.
