My wife, mother and daughter just left this restaurant (Sunday afternoon, 4:00 PM) after waiting for 20 minutes after being seated, with NO SERVICE. As they left, the hostess that seated them said "sorry", but never made any attempt to get them a waitress, or a manager. The other waitresses and a manager were talking, laughing, etc. behind the counter, and NEVER offered to take their order.

This Bob Evans USED to be the best one in Louisville, but has progessively gotten worse over the past 6 months in service, with an apparent high-turnover in waitresses. Too bad, the food is usually good, but as another review of ANOTHER Bob Evans here in Louisville said, THE SERVICE SUCKS.

Take my advice, GO TO CRACKERBARREL. THEY actually have a manager and waitresses that WAIT on you.!
